We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The design was modern and refreshing compared to other hotels in the city. The hotel was clean and spacious, with a clean bathroom and a strong shower. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The receptionist was friendly and tried their best to accommodate our requests. The check-out process was fast and stress-free. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. The front desk staff, although limited in English, were very friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel during my visit to Lhasa and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The modern design of the hotel set it apart from other local options, creating a refreshing and contemporary atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I was particularly impressed by the bathroom, which was spotless and offered a strong and hot shower experience. Another standout feature was the abundance of power ports near the bed, a convenience often lacking in local Tibetan hotels. The friendly receptionist went out of their way to accommodate our requests, making check-out fast and stress-free.

While some staff members were helpful, others seemed unemphatic and struggled to understand English. This slight language barrier could sometimes pose a challenge when seeking assistance.

Stayed at a hotel in Lhasa during New Year's and it was a great experience. The hotel had a great location, as we were able to walk to most of the festival's events. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

The hotel rooms were quite small and felt a bit cramped. the WiFi signal was a bit weak, making it difficult to stay connected while in our rooms.
